Instructions for use

Welcome to the TSD Consent Portal. This web service enables you to manage consent collected for data processing in TSD projects.

The Consent Portal facilitates three distinctive functionalities, all of which are reachable via the tabs in the navigation bar on the top:

Consent: List all forms you have consented to.
Referrals: List all referrals of patients (for clinicians only).
Add referral: Create a new referral based on a referrable form (for clinicians only).

If you do not see any forms listed under any of these categories that means that respective forms are currently not available for you.

The term ‘form’ stands for Nettskjema form. Hyperlinks linking to forms rely on functionality provided by Nettskjema.

Listing consent

Summary

The tab called Consent lets you review consent that you have given.

Reviewing your consent

Each item listed represents consent that you have submitted, including the title of the form (and the form ID in brackets) and the date of its latest update. The blue number on the right-hand side of each item (such as 1) indicates the number of submissions available for the form.

Click the eye-like symbol () on the left-hand side to see a link to the original Nettskjema. Below the link, you find a transcript of all information pertaining to the form. The transcript contains a list of all questions and answers registered for the form, along with a unique submission ID and the date on which the submission was received.

Click the symbol once more to hide the secondary information.

Listing referrals

Medical practitioners can use referrals to collect consent from patients. The tab called Referrals lists the persons you have referred.

Per default, referrals that have been confirmed are not included in the list of submissions displayed per form. Ticking the option called Show confirmed lists submissions that have been confirmed. On the right-hand side of such submissions you find the form used for confirmation.

The number on the right-hand side (such as 1) indicates how many submissions have been received for the form in question.

Click the eye-like symbol on the left-hand side () to display details about the submissions received for the form. Each submission includes a hyperlink pertaining to confirming the form, and whether the submission has been confirmed ().

Clicking the eye-like symbol once more hides the details.

Adding referrals

The tab called Add referrals lets you create additional referrals related to specific forms.

To obtain and share the hyperlink pertaining to a specific form, click the button called Show link. Clicking the button opens a panel that shows a hyperlink. Select the content of the form field and copy it into the clipboard of your operating system.
